Edwards told the cops that he had to "use karate" to fend off the "freak" that had tried to kill him. ![]() The man, soon identified as Tracy Edwards, a 32-year-old black man from Tupelo Mississippi, had handcuffs dangling from his left wrist. A handcuffed Tracy Edwards used karate to flee Jeffrey Dahmer. On July 22, 1991, police officers Rolf Mueller and Robert Rauth spot a young black male running frantically by the corner of Kilbourn Avenue and North 25th street at approximately 11:30pm. ![]() The photos contain the severed and dismembered bodies taken in various poses and stages of death. Police discover 72 Poloroid photos taken by Jeffrey Dahmer displaying several of his victims after raiding his Milwaukee apartment on July 22, 1991.
